Frankenthal (Pfalz) ist eine kreisfreie Stadt in Rheinland-Pfalz im Nordosten der Region Pfalz, die vom 16. bis zum 18. Jahrhundert einer der wichtigsten Orte des Kurfürstentums Pfalz war. Die Stadt liegt in der Oberrheinischen Tiefebene zwischen dem Pfälzerwald im Westen und dem Rhein im Osten. Durch sie fließt das Flüsschen Isenach, welches in den Rhein mündet. Unmittelbar benachbart sind die Städte Worms im Norden und Ludwigshafen im Süden. Durch ihre Lage, ist die Stadt Frankenthal Mittelzentrum für die umliegenden Gemeinden im Rhein-Pfalz-Kreis und gehört mit ihnen zur Metropolregion Rhein-Neckar.

Frankenthal (Pfalz) ist eine kreisfreie Stadt in Rheinland-Pfalz im Nordosten der Region Pfalz, die vom 16. bis zum 18. Jahrhundert einer der wichtigsten Orte des Kurfürstentums Pfalz war. Die Stadt liegt in der Oberrheinischen Tiefebene zwischen dem Pfälzerwald im Westen und dem Rhein im Osten. Durch sie fließt das Flüsschen Isenach, welches in den Rhein mündet. Unmittelbar benachbart sind die Städte Worms im Norden und Ludwigshafen im Süden. Durch ihre Lage, ist die Stadt Frankenthal Mittelzentrum für die umliegenden Gemeinden im Rhein-Pfalz-Kreis und gehört mit ihnen zur Metropolregion Rhein-Neckar.
