Karlsruhe ist eine mittelgroße Großstadt im Südwesten von Deutschland. Mit über 300.000 Einwohnern, dem Bundesverfassungsgericht, dem Karlsruher Institut für Technologie (KIT) und dem Zentrum für Kunst und Medien (ZKM) ist es Verwaltungs- und Wissenschaftszentrum im Oberrheingraben. Neben Berlin ist Karlsruhe die einzige Stadt in Deutschland, welches Verfassungsorgane des Grundgesetzes beherbergt. In Karlsruhe wurde die erste eMail Deutschlands empfangen und in der Region wurde der Vorläufer des Fahrrads erfunden (die Draisine).

Karlsruhe ist eine mittelgroße Großstadt im Südwesten von Deutschland. Mit über 300.000 Einwohnern, dem Bundesverfassungsgericht, dem Karlsruher Institut für Technologie (KIT) und dem Zentrum für Kunst und Medien (ZKM) ist es Verwaltungs- und Wissenschaftszentrum im Oberrheingraben. Neben Berlin ist Karlsruhe die einzige Stadt in Deutschland, welches Verfassungsorgane des Grundgesetzes beherbergt. In Karlsruhe wurde die erste eMail Deutschlands empfangen und in der Region wurde der Vorläufer des Fahrrads erfunden (die Draisine).
